In this episode, I talk about leaning into the gift you’ve been given and finding a way to share its immense value with others. There are about 60 days left until the year is over and there’s still time to aggressively share your gift with those around you—especially if you’re already using social media.
As antiheroes, we usually already know what our gifts are and we’ve already been presented with the platform we can use to share it. But because of our shame, we’ve abandoned our post, so to speak, and have chosen to do something less challenging or with a lower profile. I challenge you to take the next two months and embrace the “Lean In” theme to aggressively share value with the world. Not by spamming, but by being generous with your ability to do what already comes naturally to you.
